Nutrition & Lifestyle Support for Perimenopause & Menopause

As a holistic nutritionist, I support women in making changes to their diet, focusing on gut health and reducing inflammation. I go beyond food and consider the other ways in which you are fed, offering support with lifestyle, stress management, movement and supplement suggestions. Because everyone’s journey is unique and their symptoms vary, this work is one-on-one and catered to your specific needs. Through our work together we can help you restore energy, reach nutritional goals, and feel better balanced and in control of your health during this transformative stage of life.

Menopause is a natural and inevitable transition time in most women’s lives. The phase leading up to it, perimenopause, usually begins for women in their the mid-30s-early 40s, and symptoms may last for several years. This chapter of life will account for about one-third of a woman’s life span. While menopause is a rite of passage in its own way, the negative perceptions, shame, and lack of understanding that often come along with it, in addition to the often-challenging symptoms, can have a negative impact on a woman’s health and wellbeing.
