For my golden mylk I used:
*1.5 cups coconut milk
*1 t. turmeric
*1 t. cinnamon
*1 t. fresh grated ginger
*a few cracks of black pepper
*1 T. coconut oil
*1/2 T. honey or maple syrup
Simmer on the stove for a few minutes, stirring well to combine all ingredients. Enjoy warm.
