Acai Bowl

This acai bowl is a great way to sneak more greens into your diet and load up on powerful antioxidants. Though blueberries do rank high on the antioxidant scale, acai berries have actually been found to rank the highest of all fruits on the Oxygen Radical Absorbancy Capacity (ORCA). Nourish your body with the recipe found below.

  • 1 Sambazon unsweetened acai berry superfood pack
  • 1-2 bananas (I used 2 because my bananas were small)
  • 1/3 cup of wild blueberries
  • 1 large handful of greens
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of coconut butter
  • unsweetened shredded coconut, hemp hearts, and sliced banana to place on top

Place all items in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Top with your favorite healthy items such as bananas, hemp hearts, and coconut. If you want your acai bowl to be a little thicker, add more banana and/or a few ice cubes. Enjoy!

Tropical Paradise Smoothie

Enjoy these tropical flavors in a healthy way. Your taste buds will think you've taken a trip to paradise! 
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Mango
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut keifer
  • 1/2 Tablespoon of Flax seeds
  • Large handful of spinach
  • Almond milk (about 1 cup)
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut 

Place all ingredients but the unsweetened coconut into a high speed blender, in the order that they are listed in. Blend until smooth. Lower the setting, add coconut, and blend for a few seconds more to give your smoothie added flavor and texture.
