About Natalie

Picture
After giving up her career in the corporate world, Natalie set out to follow her life’s passion: helping others. Natalie wanted to share her love of yoga, so she decided to embark on the path of teaching. In November of 2011, Natalie graduated from Rahasya Yogic Arts in Athens, GA, receiving her 200-hour registered yoga teacher certification. Since then she has completed additional yoga trainings including Yin Yoga with Biff Mithoefer, Yoga Nidra with Chrys Kub, and Restorative Yoga with Kimberly Puryear. Natalie has been able to share her passion for travel and yoga by offering both local and international retreats.

Still longing to serve others on multiple levels and in addition to yoga, Natalie pursued a professional certification as a life coach in 2014. As a life coach, Natalie approaches each client's unique position in life, maneuvering through the sometimes-murky water each change and transition life can bring. In this endeavor, her intention is to allow you to use these times of transition to experience personal growth. She will assist you in gaining clarity of your goals, becoming accountable for reaching those goals, and supporting you through each change in a smooth and sustainable way.

Because Natalie is a continual student of life, always eager to learn more, she completed her Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition. As a lover of food, she has always been interested in knowing where food comes from, different ways it can be prepared, and most importantly what it can do for the body. Through her studies Natalie aims to empower others to take responsibility for their own health and to educate them on how to make the right choices for their body.

Most recently Natalie completed her End of Life Doula certification, through the Conscious Dying Institute. Having lost many loved ones in the past, she felt called to support and educate others during their final stage of life. Natalie believes that there is a gift in every hardship that we face. The broken heart she has felt saying goodbye to friends and family, has provided her with the gift and deep compassion to help others navigate what can be a difficult time. It is Natalie's deep desire to hold space for, and entrust others to live their best life, all the way to the end.
